Colored Lenses

Mon, 03/20/2006 - 17:40
Has anybody tried colored lenses to reduce photosensitive seizures? I know it's really knew thought and technology but just curious as to it's use in the real world. I have an appointment tomorrow to try it out. Fingers crossed. Also, has anybody ever felt an aura that lasts all week and feels like you're drunk? I am going on a week of feeling this way now, very frustrating.

There are several studies stating that Zeiss F133 tinted lenses could help. Previously these lenses were known as Z1 lenses. We are able to deliver these lenses worldwide. Visit this page http://otticabernabei.it/index.php?page=ENzeiss&lang=EN or send an email to info@otticabernabei.com

Hi, Keep us posted on how the colored lenses work out, okay? I don't have photosensitive seizures, but I do get headaches sometimes from the computer screen. I have found that wearing glasses with the special coating on them has helped to reduce these types of headaches. As far as the aura that lasts all week, I have certainly had times where I felt "drunk" or "out of it" for several days in a row. I'm not sure if it's medication or seizures. My last EEG showed a lot of abnormal activity on a continuous type basis. I'm not sure if this is sub-clinical seizures or what, but intend to talk to my epileptologist about it when I see her this week. Have you talked to the doctor?
