Hello,
I was looking into purchasing either the SmartWatch or Embrace seizure alert. Is one better than the other? What have been your experiences with wearable seizure monitors?

I just got my Embrace 2 this past Tuesday & it has been nothing but trouble for me. It disconnects from my bluetooth every 30 mins to a hour. It claims to have a 30 foot range but I can't even get 15 feet away on the same floor level. It even disconnects when the phone is less than a foot away from me. It keeps giving me false alerts & I can't get the notifications from it to go away on my phone. I've been going back & forth w/support for days now & they are no help at all.
