Do you notice aany unusual effects if you drink ice tea w caffiene, w/o sugar or sugar sub.? Are your episodes like feeling you're dreaming when you're awake?

I find that if I stuff myself I could a focal sez. So I just need to watch how I eat when I go out or at any functions.
