I have to mention this again.
The spice Nutmeg will take me down with a Grand Mal in about ten minutes. Even a little bit of it. It is common in Thai, Ethiopian, Jamaican, Barbecue,and bratwurst. I even got nailed once by a variety of hot sauce(Who would have thought there would be nutmeg in a hot sauce?).
I'm not the only one with this sensitivity, and it's just now getting out in the epilepsy community.
Maybe it's not your problem, but if you want to test it out, try a piece of chicken with jerk rub and see what happens.
