My daughter is 13 and suffers from migraines on top of the epilepsy.  She had a migraine so bad last October that lasted around 13 weeks with only a few hours of relief at a time.  The doctor ended up taking her completely off Concerta (for ADD) and changed her seizure med from Carbatral to Trileptal.  The migraine then finally eased.  She still has migraines....she went a few months without one but since school has started back up this late summer they are increasing again.  We tried her on Adderal XR to help her concentrate better in school but had to take her off it as well as the migraines worsened.  It seems that when she is taking Adderal or Concerta for the ADD the migraines are worse and don't respond as well to the Zomig or Relpax.
