drugs questions (mushrooms)

Thu, 05/19/2005 - 22:59

Its seems as though no one has started a disscussion on th positive and negative effects of marajuana(If any). As well as the bodys reaction to other drugs(mushrooms). Not to exclude anyone but if you have teperal lobe damage your info would be much apprieciated. In my own personal expereance I can say without a shodow of doubt that marajuana kept me seizure free for 3 years, however I Did have a seizure when I abrubtly quit after 3 years of daily or near daily usage. Now analyzing this info is simple enough, If you stop taking your seizure medication you will have one. Now this is where many conclusions can be drawn, and differences in individual resonses to drugs can be seen. Please feel free to post your info.                                                                                               If anyone has experiance with epilepsy and mushrooms  please post your info good or bad and it will be recieved with gratitude.

PS keep this disscussion as professional as possible

I was in the service for a breif stint and it triggered a horrible strok witch left me in the hospital at a very young age for a little over three years in patient . The Trama and the ptsd like symptoms from this and the continued seizures afterwards have left me for lack of a better term without purpose . I injest marijuama in small amounts along with my perscribed medications and so far no seizures . I recently was introduced to entheogenic plants and processes whitch in correct practice have very nearly cured me of many of the constant traumas i previously had to re live over and over again . To be very frank with you calling somone a drug user who eats something that grow out of the ground is backwards coming froma community of people that eat synthesized chemicals from a lab. These and many other species of mushrooms have been healing people all over earth for a very long time and before you form an opinion consult your brain chemistry and medication and eat some. Im on a very low dose of limictal which taken with mushrooms actually causes the "trip" to be very very low they do take away all of my stress and my fear of my end of life issues which not knowing know which seizure is going to send me into the next life. personally thank god at least with these I can look into the next life a little bit here and there and relax knowing Im going to be okay.

I cannot take mushrooms

I cannot take mushrooms without passing out or having a seizure. I haven't been diagnosed with epilepsy but Ive lost consciousness and had episodes frequently (2-3 times a year) throughout life. does anyone know whether it was my fault or the mushrooms? Ive thought about contamination of the shrooms causing it but it didn't happen to any of my friends just me. Id like to do them again but I feel like I can't because of what happened. The rest of the shroom experience was perfectly fine, no bad trips.
