Lamictal and Ear Rininging

Sat, 03/16/2019 - 08:32
I started Lamictal about 10 weeks ago slowly tapering on. About last week I noticed ear ringing and now it is constant and loud. Anyone else have this? I am currently weening myself off.

Hi I too have that ringing in the ear. Just today actually, does not last long, but so freaky and annoying. I just stay put till it goes. Very scary though. Please don't wean off lamictal, see your neuro first. It is not safe to wean off by yourself, take care x

I have a fairly faint kind of blood singing noise. I don't know whether this is related to Keppra or lamotrigine (I've been changed from one to the other and back again ...) or to excess electrical activity in my brain (though I haven't, unless I've had them in my sleep) had seizures.
