Hi everyone,
Anyone who has seen my blog will have seen the pics of my hometown and i have enjoyed sharing them with all of you. One of the threads on this page is 'where are you?' so how about some people posting photos of where they are or the beautiful things and places where they live on their blogs and just tell us why you love it where you are, as we seem to be spreading further to all parts of the globe I think it would be fascinating. So many of us are surrounded by natural and man made beauty without even realising it. These are some shots taken whilst walking the walls as they combine natural and man made beauty.

Hi there,
I've changed the original pics for some new ones. Can anyone guess what the first pic is of? The other 2 were taken about 8pm on a gorgeous sunlit evening as i strolled around the walls, its one of the best times to do it due to lack of tourist traffic jams, plus it's very good exercise into the bargain.

I like that idea. I'll try get a picture of the view from my balconey. It was the selling point on our apartment. The day we first went to take a look, it was a gorgeous day. I looked out the back and saw the tops of the trees and the little wooded area that stretches out for a while. When the sun sets, it is beautiful. I finally got the balconey cleaned up and "beautified" so I can sit out and enjoy the sunsets. The other things I need to post pictures of are a few of the conservation areas near my home. :)
