Years Later

Hey all...I've got a question. So I grew up with epilepsy; I was diagnosed when I was 4. I got off medication about a year ago, when I was 18. I haven't had seizures in a long time. (woo!) But yesterday I was exhausted and slept for 18 hours, and then this morning I woke up super nauseous, light headed, dizzy, the whole nine yards. I went to my college's nurse and was told I probably have the stomach flu, so I took some anti-nausea medication to help it. Now I'm feeling way better--more so than I should have if I really had the flu. I had the stomach flu a year ago and it was so bad it took days and days to recover. I couldn't even eat then, but now I'm starving. I guess my question is, do you think it's possible that I had a seizure last night? When I used to have regular seizures, I'd always be tired, dizzy, mildly nauseous, etc the day after. I also never remember my seizures and I live alone in my dorm room so I have no way to truly know. Also, I have mildly blurred vision today, which I don't remember having last year. Has anyone experienced something like this?? Thanks!

What kind of seizures did you

What kind of seizures did you have as a child, and do you have any idea what caused them?  This will help determine if you are likely to "outgrow" your seizures, or if those seizures are apt to continue. What was the anti-nausea medication you took?  What are the possible side effects of it?  Maybe this drug is causing you to have blurred vision. As I say to everyone keep track of and document these events and watch for any patterns.
