Hi I have a nephew,26, who is currently on medical assistance but needs possible help to get SSI disability. He is being evaluated for VNS therapy. When should he apply for SSI disability. He also has federal student loans due but withdrew from college due to seizures. How can you get federal student loans discharged due to epilepsy? IF any one has any experience please respond thx

Yes. I have been in college 20years. No degree! I have epilepsy. There is a form that who ever financed your student loans have your doctor fill it out. I have been approved instantly the down side to this is you cannot work for 3years during your probation period. Hope this helps

Tambur what the fuck are you talking about? Anyone can go to college and get a degree. Anyone is approved for a degree. It doesn’t matter your disability.
