Can you find a "balance?"

Thu, 05/08/2014 - 00:54

In many colleges and universities across the U.S., this is the season of final exams.  I don’t know about you, but I experience more seizures this time of the year but can hardly take needed and sufficient breaks and sleep although I need them to recover from severe post-seizure headaches and exhaustion.

How do you out there “balance” yourselves when facing this situation?  I need advice!

for me the best thing to do

for me the best thing to do is try to eliminate as much stress as possible. I've learned that I am more prone to seizures when I am really tired and stressed so I avoid all nighters and get a good nights sleep before exams. I know it's past finals but try to spae out your studying and don't cram because that will make you even more stressed!
