Partner taking keppra, need advice!

Mon, 03/25/2019 - 19:15
I know this isn't a relationship help forum, but I need some advice from people who have used Keppra. So my partner was diagnosed with epilepsy in late 2018, just out the blue she started having seizures around mid 2018 and it took till October to get her diagnosed fully. We've been together for around 4 years and it's been great for 3 1/2 of those. The last 5 months have been testing however. Her neurologist has put her on Keppra since the initial diagnosis and the change wasn't instant. Basically she's started hounding me about things, asking the same question over and over until she gets the answer she wants and goes in MAJOR tantrums if I give an answer she doesn't want to hear. Any time I try to something around the house it's never right and she mutters comments under her breath. Its also the constant moaning and guilt trips when she's ill, no one else can be as ill as her as well. Our relationship was never like this prior to her Keppra subscription Just wondering if anyone has seem similar behaviour when prescribed Keppra

One of my close friends was

One of my close friends was suffering from epilepsy. I was really worried about her because she was affecting with the abnormal activities like uncontrollable movements and jerks in her body. I consulted many of the doctors, their medication was only temporary. I asked most of my friends that they may help me in finding out the solution to my friend's problem. But no one was that accurate in giving the solutions. I started researching the symptoms, effects, remedies etc. As a part of my research, I found various ways to cure and also most of the people were talking about CBD. But I was not sure that using CBD is the perfect decision because in some of the countries it is illegal. I started digging deeper about CBD and finally came to the conclusion that CBD is not harmful. I have searched for various reviews on CBD oils and also researched some case studies. In one of the case study, I found that 92 young adults and children used cannabis oils for an average of 19.8 months and tolerance of CBD was emerged in 32.6% of patients. I have also seen some of the other case studies and found really interesting. I suggested my friend use CBD for epilepsy but she was really scared to use it. I motivated her and showed some of the life experiences and finally, she agreed to use it. She was using CBD for 3 months and she is feeling better now. It takes a long time to cure epilepsy using CBD completely but temporary relief is for sure.
