brain shivers

Hello I am new here I have not been diagnosed with epilepsy however I have these things I call brain shivers basically I feel pressure building in the back of my head and then chills even if it's hot and if they are severe enough I can throw my head backwards and I was wondering if it even could be epilepsy or if it is probably something different

I'm going to dig deep into my professional knowledge here (I have no medical training) and wonder if you are having auras. Have you mentioned it to a doctor?
