1 year old with new diagnosis

Hello! We adopted our daughter at birth, she is now 13 months old. The day after her 1st birthday party she had what we now know was a partial seizure. She started staring to the left, threw up and went limp. The entire episode lasted about 10 minutes. EMS transported her and she was hospitalized overnight. Since then she had 3 more seizures over the course of 6 weeks. We had her MRI this week which showed she has partial agenesis of the corpus callosum and multiple subependymal gray matter heterotopia. She has been slightly delayed as she was in the PICU for 2 months, intubated for about a month of that due to a lung disorder which required a partial lobectomy. In any case, I know every child is different, but just trying to get some insight on whay to expect as well as therapies that have worked well for your toddlers? Right now my biggest concern is she just started Keppra 2mls and in less than 24 hours she was very wobbly and was visibly frustrated from tipping over when crawling or standing. I can deal with her being delayed, we are very proactive and will do all we can to help her. She is just the sweetest little girl though and it breaks my heart to think her personality might change.
