I'm new

Tue, 04/25/2006 - 04:39
Hi. My name is Allison. I've had epilepsy since the age of 9. I'm now 42. I have myoclonic and partial seizures. I am for the most part controlled except for extremes in temperatures or stress. My question is this, does epilepsy affect the memory or does the medications? I'm taking Dilantin and Clonopin. I'm also having problems with hair loss. Thank you.

One thing on here that I have seen is, for every bit of help and support you hand out to others, there is always that much plus coming back in help to me. I find things out new everyday that I have wondered about and have never asked. So any time ya wonder about something and don't want to ask, just look for a forum and someone has probably had that same issue and asked or answered the question. Take your time in checking out the site and have FUN. :)

Cathy, Thank you, that is a good idea and one I think I'm the most comfortable with right now. I found the buddy list and you are on it. Ali~
