Hi Ronzo, do you get twitchy before you have one?  I do, well usually, you can't explain it can you.  How often do you have em? you really sound like someone who has quite a few.  I pissed off with this bloody thing, I was diagnosed 13 or 14 years ago after being perfectly healthy.  Had last seizure 31.07.11 whilst driving the car, I'd done just over 2 years prior to that seizure free so got my licence back Aug last year, blacked out with no warning at all and then had a seizure, good job my cousin was in the car with me and took control of the wheel or else I could have killed us and many others.  I'm fed up with this uncontrollable condition, I always got a warning but not this time, so it looks like it's all changing again.  Hope you're ok, especially if you did have a seizure

ya i twitch quite a bit before my tonic-clonic seizures,i have around 3-4 seizures a month sometimes back to back days but usually every 2-3 weeks apart, but thats not including all the little seizures i have every month.About a month ago i had one at the mall woke up in the ambulance with my head and hands bleeding.I used to work loading trucks but going to work after have seizures starting getting tough eventually my employer fired me for loss of production wasn't there fault though i never told them i had seizures so they thought i was jus getting lazy.I died a few times in front of my friends luckly my best friend knew what to do his moms a nurse. He said i had no pulse and wasn't breathing for about 4-5 mins and my body was completely blue so he gave me CPR for a good 2-3 mins before he was able to get me back.Long story short i woke up a day later they said i was in a coma and that when i first arrived i was going in out of cardiac arrest cause of the trauma my heart went through from that seizure guess it was a big one XD.i was fine this morning ended up passing out for 2-3 hours so that helped ^__^

Wow. I feel lucky compared to what you're going through. I'm sure you have seen a ton of docs, but have you seen a epileptologist? I had my first tonic-clonic seizure on my 14th birthday and always twitched before I had one. Still do. I recently went to a specialist and she let me know the twitching was Myoclonic seizures. Just surprised 3 different neurologists couldn't tell me that. I hope your feeling better. Lamictal didn't work for me, only depKote.
