Unsure if it is a seizure or somethinge else

I am not looking for a diagnosis but maybe someone who had similar or knows what I am talking about could help me out so I know how to bring it to my Doctor. I get these (we will call them spells for now) about 2-3 times a day. They can start in a leg, my head, or arm on one side and it varies on which side it starts. It is similar to a restless leg if it starts in a leg with some jerking except that it doesn't stop and it continues to travel to my arm and my hand gets weak then it is travels to other side sometimes. I am awake and alert except for when my eyes go blurry and I a few seconds of nothing.

What you posted can be several different seizures or parts of seizures. Focal seizures can start in one area and stay there. But they can generalize and become different . In mine they start in my right hand feeling numb. They can and generally do stop there. But when I was younger if they moved my right arm would rise up. If it ever got shoulder high I would go down and into convulsion. It would be much like a tonic clonic except I was conscious during the whole seizure. Meaning I say, heard and understood everything going on around me. I just couldn't stop the seizure or respond to anything until the seizure was over.

keep it at spells, could be a number or variety of issues or warning signs to many medical problems including heart, stroke, ect.

Thanks for the Reply. My neurologist got back to me and she said "I would like you to make an appointment to discuss this further. I do not think these episodes would be related to your sleep, CPAP therapy, or OSA." Which threw my theory out the window. I had another one on Monday. I will try to explain what happened this time. I started with a intense feeling of drowsiness followed by the restless leg than a warm electrical came over my whole body now where typical restless leg it stops and go like you mentioned themyoclonus twitching however it progresses into uncontrollable that travels and on Monday it traveled up my right right arm and both sides of my rear. My hand gets weak, vision got blurry and I fade in and out, this last time it happened at about 2:45 in the afternoon. I see my doctor on Friday but I have spinal surgery on Monday for a fusion which I am nervous about also.
