I am new. This my first post. I. Have a diagnosis of epilepsy due to craniotomty in 5/14 but remain seizure free to date. I am a former rn who tries to keep up to date in medical/ mental health fields. I have an esa dog do yoga meditation eat a ketogenic diet and do my best to follow all drs treatment plans. I have become my own advocate and keep my stress down and live a quiet simple life. I now have boundaries and respect others too.
