Is it all in my head?

Tue, 06/04/2019 - 19:32
Hello:) I have been having these episodes for a while now where I completely space out. Sometimes I'm aware of what's going on around me but everything seems unfamiliar and I feel like I'm watching everything through a bubble. I'll get a wave of an emotion like fear or love as if I'm high. When I'm in bed or sleeping my limbs will flap around but it feels like I'm controlling but not on purpose? I don't know. My memory has gotten really bad too, it kinda sucks, not really sure what to make of this.
