Help!! Very confused and scared

Fri, 04/29/2016 - 14:15
I am a 20 year old female, very active and healthy. This morning, I woke up with a slight headache or heavy hungover like feeling in my head. I went to the living room to watch TV, but as I got up, and stepped into the dining room, I felt incredibly dizzy. I grabbed the table and a chair to steady myself, and next thing I knew I was falling over with the chair. I don't think I actually lost consciousness, but things were very blurry for a second, and my arms and legs were twitching or tremoring (I don't know the proper term) for about 30 seconds before tears began to come out of my eyes (I am unsure of why) and the twitching stopped. I now feel very weak and my head feels mostly okay. I know involuntary shaking or tremors can occur with fainting episodes, but I'm confused since I don't think I actually lost consciousness, and I don't have a history of fainting or seizures. Since I don't live with my parents, I don't want to say anything to my mother before I have any sort of idea of what's going on, and I don't want to catastrophic event this if it's nothing. Thank you in advance for your help! Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
