hello !!! is this health anxiety or am I expirencing sezuires? :(

hello ! I’m Alexis. I’m 17 years old , and I kinda have a somewhat fear of epilepsy ( I’m a hypochondriac , was diagnosed w major depression and anxiety) . I’m not sure if it’s there or my body is malfunctioning. Here’s what’s going on. It all started with feeling dissociative. Like all day everyday. ( mind you the past couple months my mental health was in the dumpster and everything was going downhill...) the depersonalize gave me terrible anxiety that I might have gotten a tumor or something wrong w my brain.... anyways I get a therapist and a doctor and they put me on buspar , kolonopin, and eventually prozac. When I started taking Prozac I have already been on buspar for a little under a month , but he up my dosage and the mix didn’t seem well. It all started with body twitching , which caused me anxiety. It was only really prevenlent when I was having anxiety. And than it was almost as if I had twitching all day and night. I was scared and than at night when falling asleep I would have jerks , my muscles would twitch ( the only way I could explain it , it was as if I was extremely cold ? ) it woke me up several times. And it seemed to be relived a bit when I put extra clothes on / when I did yoga and stretched my muscles. But still. I was also having a feel someone was touching my shoulders , and feelings of electricity through my body. Also my muscles would feel like ?? They were filled with crack like I felt like I needed to move them. I would also have finger twitches , lip twitches , weird hallucinations and horrible tremors ( mostly all this was at night before falling asleep but tremors and mild muscle twitching would occur in the day ). I also keep dropping things easier , my hands feel somewhat weak. I’m hoping this all makes sense. Anyways , I don’t have epilepsy , never had a SEZIURE and I haven’t had any other symptoms besides this besides feeling out of it. I’m so scared and I just need relief. I spend all day researching stuff. It’s ruining me. I’ve kinda convinced myself I have some sort of epilepsy. I sound crazy but ... yeah. I stay around my mom all day in fear that I will actually have my first tonic clonic.... does this sound like some sort of epilepsy or ?? ( also I stopped taking all my medications to see if the symptoms will reside .. it’s been 2 days without them and I feel the same maybe a little less twitchy) hypochondria has ruined my life but I haven’t been this scared before. I feel like my memory is also lost and I’m over analyzing everything. Also my legs sometimes ache when laying down same with my jaw....I also have a horrible loss of appitie , and diarrhea...so maybe a vitamin deficiency ??? anyways yeah!!! i need help and I’m sorry if I have offended anyone. I’m just :((( ! Take care 3
