Oh boy I'm on a roll here I guess my love of everything is guided purely by mood, what makes me ROTFL one min will leave me stony faced others, but I guess for sheer creative insanity and being way ahead of his time it's got to be anything directed and written by Tex Avery. Play any number of Warner Bros shorts back to back and his work was stands out like head and shoulders above the rest, so distinctive in its creativity that it lead to him been sacked because he was, for the time just too far out there.

I love Futurama as well, even though it got axed because all they wanted was another Simpsons. The jokes in it are sometimes less obvious but much funnier when you get them.
