I just got it and it is stunning. Like I said, sterling silver, and a lot nicer than the one from the drug store. I'm glad I got it, and it was worth every penny. I was thinking, I have a small wrist, and this is a nice dainty, shield (for lack of a better word, it looks like an ID bracelet) but one this size would be perfect for a young lady's wrist, also. Just as an afterthought, I was just at american medical id.com and realized that you can even order a customized, engraved, medical alert watch. Yes, they will engrave the back, and the face of the watch has the medical alert symbol. There are several watches to choose from as well. Really great idea!! Susan
