Magnesium & Complex Partials

Mon, 09/08/2008 - 18:59

Does anybody have an idea about using magnesium to control complex partials?  I read the other discussion about using magnesium but I did not see anyone with complex partials.

I am trying to increase my vitimin therapy and would appreciate any input on the subject.

Thanks!

I'm taking a gnc multi vitamin that has around 1000% of all the essentials but started taking magnesium direct as well to get more of that.

I am taking something similar to this, but one thing that my nutrionist told me was that vitimins are difficult to absorb if you drink coffee, and she advised me to stop drinking it, so just wanted to share that tip also.

Mind you I also have IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) so I struggle with digestion anyway.

Thanks

I use a powdered magnesium supplement  in warm water at bedtime. It helps me to relax, fall asleep easier, and have higher quality of sleep. It may help people with epilepsy because lack of sleep can lower the seizure threshold. My supplements do not affect my medication Tegretol CR. Hope this helps.
