Finding a neurologist open to CBD oil

Wed, 11/15/2017 - 12:53
I live in Missouri where CBD oil has become legal in the last couple of years if a neurologist gives you an "oil card." My seizures are caused by a brain tumor and my neuro-oncologist thinks it would be a good thing for me to try. Only problem is he cannot issue an oil card since he is not a neurologist. My neurologist won't give me one because he says, in his opinion, there isn't enough evidence to support its use. So my question is, how do people find a neurologist that is open to trying CBD oil? Thanks!

I use a cdb oil myself and have not had a seizure since Easter of this year. My Neuro is fine with me using it. I don't worry about having a cdb card. The oil that I use is made from Industrial Hemp and is legal. I don't worry about legalities I just order and take it......
