Biofeedback

Mon, 11/12/2007 - 18:27

Hi

Has anyone tried using biofeedback to manage the stress that triggers seizures? Or even the seizures themselves? There is this computer program and hardware called Journey to Wild Devine. It involves attaching electrodes to your fingers and learning to control stress and change one's control over their mind.It claims to use the principles of Yoga and biofeedback It has endorsements from Dr. Andrew Weil, Deepak Choppra, and Dr. Dean Ornish. I was offered this when I said that I couldn't attend stress management classes because of my new job. I am still thinking about it...

Thanks for the info bernar. The chart you have is very interesting. The only thing I have used on it is the low-glycemic index, but for weight management purposes.
