Epilepsy Action UK 10k Bradford Run.

Hi my name is Sophia Hill, ive been a member on this site for over 2
years, i'm not really one for doing any form of sports but i have
decided to start training of the Epilepsy Action 10k in West Yorkshire,
Bradford UK on the 21st of March 2010. I got diagnosed with Epilepsy on
friday the 7th of March 2008 and since then my Epilepsy has never been
controlled. I am hoping to raise money for the Epilepsy Action uk, The
National Autistic society uk and the Epilepsy therapy project USA, i am
going to start a blog so all of you guys can follow my progress and
hopefully get invold in some way. I am going to get a sponser form, i'm
not asking anyone for any money but just your support. i will keep you
guys updated all the time if i can, you can add me on facebook Sophia
