Hi. Back on meds

Hi I'm 32 and had been free from meds for ten years before Bam! Found myself on the hallway floor. 7 weeks ago. Doctors determined it was a seizure. I have bad memory from the before seizures (ten years plus ago) this is in a way new to me. and even though I was devastating I'm very lucky as I've had several since and been rediagnosed. Mostly partial (TLE) occasionally secondary general. I'm on 1000 Keppra 2x day. And I'm exhausted. I have trouble keeping up with my life. I have 3 kids. No driving so lots of bus. Loss of independence. Trouble with conversation as I have quick absent where I miss things going on. I'm a sax musician jazz and after last gig was exhausted for 48hrs. Wondering if maybe the extra energy exerted caused this? I'm embarrassed as had a urine accident in shops. And spit up yuck stuff at home. Before a TC I have aura that feels like familiar but strange at same time. Very tired and confused after. I am doing ok with the keppra. Keeps me up at night sometimes. I feel like I'm not being the best mum to my 3 kids. After 10yr I am just sad to be back here. I am in Aus
