Ive had Epilepsy for 5 years. Im 37 weeks pregnant and Im starting to really panic about having a seizure while in labor. I havent had a seizure in 10 months. But Im so nervous that because of everything my body will be going through during labor, it may trigger a seizure. A few months ago, I asked my OB if I could have a C Section to possibly avoid a seizure. She said she may approve it but wanted me to get further into the pregnancy before making a decision. I know there are alot of risks that come along with a C section. Id like to know if anyone has had a seizure during labor..Id appreciate any info or advice. Im so unsure as to what to do. Thanks in advance
