seizure after standing up from couch
Sat, 06/18/2011 - 21:23the other day I stood up to help my granddaughter with something and I got this strange feeling in my head, my body starting shaking and I could not respond to anyone. My granddaughter kept trying to talk to me, but I could not answer her until it all stopped.
Today I got up from sitting to get something out of the cupboard and I got that same funny feeling in my head, except this time my body did not shake, but my eyes were fluttering and I could not respond to anyone.
Anyone else every experience anything like that?

as a kid i would experience that, always when I would stand up too quickly. It is probably the blood rushing out of your head from standing up to fast. Take your time. go too slow if you need to. there no reason to rush especially if thats the ONLY time you have one. I wish you all the best
