Hello everyone I am 28 years old 25 weeks pregnant with first baby. My sezuires and not well controled I am on keppra 3750 and lamoctal 475 twice daily and I already had 2 sezuires. To make things more diffcult and risky my OB plan for delivery is a 39 week induction I am not comfortable to this idea. My orginal plan was a C-section but OB said there are too many complications to C-section delivery. Any one who can help me with this situation?

Are you seeing a high risk OB

Are you seeing a high risk OB?  If so, I would trust and value their opinion(even if they weren't high risk, I would value their opinion).  I am pregnant with my 2nd child and see a neurologist who is working closely with my OB to come up with the best plan for me and my baby.  Has your OB specifically told you why she wants to induce vs a c-section?  I do know, as you probably do also, that a C-section is a major operation and requires a longer recovery.  With my first child, I gave birth and went home the next afternoon baby in tow.

My OB inducted me on my due

My OB inducted me on my due date. Here was my problem he gave me a lot of pain medication because he thought I would have a seizure during delivery if I felt pain. Because of that I don't remember giving birth. I also had major withdrawal from the pain medication and extra lamictal I was given during my pregnancy.
