Syncope/Seizures? I have a unique history, just want help.

Tue, 12/19/2017 - 14:47
They haven't found anything through any test, last time i was seen was 2016, they came to the conclusion of syncope. Note: I am able to feel when I am going to pass out. Everytime. I read it can be called an "aura"?? & i always feel like death for 10-20 min after an incident. tingling face, extremely hot, just feel horrible. My first incident was 2011, I was in the shower & as I was getting out I felt it coming on & the next thing I know, I'm on the tile floor, & my head is pounding. 2013, i was sitting down, felt it coming on, but i could hear everything. i felt like i couldn't move, & i couldn't see a single thing, but i could hear everyone talking to me. 2014, i was walking & just faceplanted into the ground. 2014, standing in the kitchen with my step mom, told her i was gonna pass out, & when i came to, i was on the ground. she said she thought i was having a seizure bc i tensed up but she wasn't sure. 2015, SCARY ONE! i was in the car with my boyfriend, i was driving & started to not feel good so i told him to grab the wheel bc i was starting to black out. i could hear, & talk. he talked me through pulling over, & once we were parked my vision came back. 2016, sitting in the back seat of a car, & passed out 2016, i was sitting on my kitchen counter talking to my bf, he wasn't able to get to me fast enough & i blacked out, & hit the ground. he said i got up & turned around, then got back on the ground & laid down. i remembered sitting on the counter & next thing i know i'm on my back looking up at my bf, my body felt tense like i had to tell myself to relax, & i was completely unaware that i got up like he said i had. i hit my head so i saw my dr & they referred me to a neurologist that started 6months worth of visits to neurologist & cardiologist. i will post all the tests i had done at the end of the post. 2016, sitting the the car, once i could see again, my chest felt like it was burning & i sat still for 5-10 min bc i was so uncomfortable. 2016, presyncope?? idk, i felt it coming on, sat down & put my head between my legs & didn't end up passing out. 2017, another incident like the last one stated. felt it coming, but didn't pass out. 12/16/2017, sitting down, got on the ground & tried putting my head between my legs, & once i felt better i got up & went back to my chair. i picked up my drink & i felt it coming back but it was extremely fast, before i knew it i was able to see again, i honestly thought i died. i felt like it at least. my lips were blue, & my bf said when i fell over i started shaking. the front & back of my neck, & my head hurt a lot, along w my jaws. body was a little sore. i've had a horrible headache since. today went to the emergency room, they said it sounded like grand-mal? they cleared me to go home so i follow up with my dr tomorrow. All tests i've had & they came back perfectly fine: 3 EEG's MRI : found a scar on my brain, they think from when i hit my head in 2016 X-ray cat scan millions of ekg's treadmill test table/tilt test heart ultrasound 30 day heart monitor millions of blood/urine tests not orthostatic hypotension August 2017, sinus bradycardia & sinus arrhythmia were found but a cardiologist said it was fine.
