Out of body experience during a seizure

Hello everybody,
I would like to share one experience that I haven't had before just in case somebody would have experienced something similar in order to talk about it... I am epileptic since I was a child (now I am 31).
The experience happened during a meditation, after a while, in the middle of the session I started to feel the aura and suddenly the seizure happened. Normally, I would be unconscious but this time something really crazy happened to me. I jumped literally out of my body, I was completely aware but I couldn't see anything. I only perceived the shapes of the room where I was, it was completely dark but the shapes of the objects where emerging. I perceived my legs and arms 1 meter below me moving in a spasmodic way, I think that it was 1 meter below because I perceived the emergency lights of the room at the same level than the point from I was perceiving. I didn't have control of time so I don't know how much time this could last. Suddenly, I fell down opening my eyes sharply and sweating.
Anybody has ever experienced something like that?

My experience with partial complex seizures began with auras in my late 20's then after a few yearsI would have the aura followed by the sense I was flying and entering heaven. A few times I actually lost consciousness and fell down but generally the experience for me was very pleasant. I would need to swallow a lot and I'm told I did some lip smacking. I'm finding the variety of subjective and objective symptons in these accounts fascinating. I tried all kinds of meds and finally Lamictalthat finally stopped them completely. I'd love to hear from anyone having a similar experience.

I have also experienced out of body but never into a siezure. My OOB has been very loving energy and enjoyable for he most part. I didnt think of it as part of siezure activity until I experienced my first siezure in Oct 2016 another in Nov and finally the last one in December 2016. Since then i have been on Dilantin (phenytoin) 400mg/d. and have been siezure free but not OOB free. I have that like clockwork every 20-30 days. 53 yr old male here incase you wondered. I have zero clue as to why I have developed this. Its scary.
