blood panel titers

Hi there...new here...my wife who has had a series of troubling symptoms over the years just got a blood panel result with raised titers...supposed to be 40 or under she is at 80....can anyone remark on the significance?

are you really asking about antibodies in her blood or about drug levels? your question leaves off too much info to be able to infer or explain how troubling symptoms might relate to epilepsy or a specific drug toxicity (where I guess you might be headed). if you are asking about drug levels, was the draw done at the right time? some tests require a specific time, like at a trough.

Is the blood panel on her medications?? Or is it a part of the CBC or FBC. If it is the medication then contact the neurologist since they are generally the ones involved with amounts of medication in the blood
