Had a seizure missed pill

I recently had a seizure after September of 2015. Unfortunately, that came to an end as of last night when I was sleeping around 4-6pm my father heard the seizure.
I blanked out, and noticed I was in the frontroom. I was really depressed to find out I had one. I looked at my medicine container, it looks like I messed my medication by some 6 hours. Is this the cause? I'm on 200mg which I take twice. So it's 400mg . It's lamictal. Could those 6 houses without it be the cause?
I haven't contacted my neurologist because I don't want to up my medicine right now as it messes with my memory. 400mg is already half a gram.
