Just need some advice, or some answers really

so the past few months I've began to notice things every day that aren't normal for me. I work at a desk job, and everyday I have struggles with concentration, sometimes I will be sat there and completely lose all concerntration, and awareness around me. its almost like im day dreaming, but without the intention of doing so. It feels like im staring blankly at nothing , thinking about nothing, just visualising or something like that. its hard to describe these experiences, as im have trouble with memory a lot lately. sometimes whilst this happens, my arms will feel numb, my legs will feel numb or heavy. I've noticed that sometimes my top right arm muscle has contracted in and out for about a minute, it was quite disturbing seeing it happen without my control. I feel like I chew the inside of my gums, and bite my lip a lot without realising im doing so. sometimes im completely focused doing something, then suddenly I will lose all focus and forget what I was even doing and struggle to regain my focus. its especially difficult trying to work sometimes whilst this is going on, sometimes I am completely aware that something is happening but im not sure what, sometimes I feel really confused or scared but I don't know what im feeling scared of, sometimes my vision feels blurry, I can sometimes hear strange noises such as ringing, or clicking, I feel like I hallucinate often (usually about something in my past), but im not sure if its just daydreaming but I always feel the same emotions as what I did at the time of whatever im hallucinating about, it can be quite distressing. other times im not aware of whats happening and its only till after what happens that I realise that was not normal. at first I thought it may be anxiety which I have suffered from for many years, but never had any symptoms quite like this. occasionally whilst im focused, my whole body has jerked forward really quickly and unexpectedly and I've had to stop myself from headbutting my PC screen, its really confusing when that happens as I just don't know why. About 2 years ago I was rushed into hospital as I had a brain seizure caused by recreational drug use (MDMA) I was unconscious for around 5 minutes and dislocated my shoulder and really messed up my body for a little while. then stupidly a year later I did the same thing and it happened again (same drug) except this time I was unconscious for about 15-20 minutes, I thought I'd mention this im not sure if its linked but Its definitely relevant. so on the 14th I went to A & E, I got really anxious looking into stuff, and I was worried I might faint or something bad happened (I probably shouldn't of googled my symptons) but the doctor in A & E wouldn't believe me, well he did, but he just seemed to think its all anxiety and isn't a medical emergency which is understandable. I have a doctors appointment on the 18th and figured he might be able to help me, but anxiety is written all over my doctor notes, so is drug use, so its really hard for them to listen because they always just assume im being anxious, but with this im certain it isn't anxiety, it could be partly anxiety but im sure there is something up with my brain and figured this forum could help me, and potentially help my doctor in figuring out what could be wrong with me. I've probably forgot to mention certain things as I just keep forgetting things which is unlike me I can remember things most people wouldn't, from many years ago.. q thanks for reading appreciate any help
