Are they seizures?

Hello, I'm not sure if I've been having seizures or if something else is wrong with me. I'm a 20 year old woman and for the past 3 years I've been having these "episodes". Out of nowhere I will become very lightheaded and dizzy. My vision will go away and everything sounds like I'm deep underwater. My legs will contract until I fall and everything feels like slow motion. I will hit things when I fall but it won't hurt until I "come to". I will feel a very very strong vibrating through my body and I feel like I'm shaking violently, but bystanders told me afterward that I wasn't shaking. I can hear people asking if I'm okay, but cannot open my eyes or speak or move for about a minute. When I do finally "come to" I lay down somewhere and my head still feels foggy and dizzy and vibratey, and my ears ring very loud for about 10 to 20 minutes. It has happened at least 10 times in 3 years. Does anyone know what this could be?

This could be seizures, or it

This could be seizures, or it could possibly be syncopal episodes onset by blood or heart problems. I have Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome, which causes a rapid heart rate on standing, and though I am one of the patients that does not lose consciousness, I do get very lightheaded, my vision goes black, and my hearing sounds far away. Because I do not have syncope and collapse, I usually recover within moments of sitting/crouching/standing totally still and gripping the wall/etc but to me it sounds like this could be what happens after the pre-syncope when you actually pass out. BUT its also possible that these episodes could be seizures.
