Will I ever get insurance?

Mon, 01/19/2009 - 00:43

I'm 18 and with college coming up (and me moving out of the house) I'm worried about starting a life without insurance. Already several companies have turned down insurance for medication (I have no insurance at all!) I'm on lamictal and that mediction is so expensive. How can I live with epilepsy and not even be able to pay for my medication. Thought the college I will go to will pay for my medicine what about the future. Is this to early thinking about the future? I don't know. Can anyone recommend anything? Or at least tell me that someone has gone through this so I don't feel so alone. Thanks.
