Hello,,,,, please read My epilepsy team I haven’t been around for a while but I have greattttt information and news. I have epilepsy I have been and multiple medications but I was still having grandmals, focal seizure well you name it. Doctor at one point recommended me brain surgery, but honestly i thought about it and I told my doctors let’s hold off for now, well my triggers are lack of sleep and stress basically one night of bad sleep it means a grandmal, they had added me more medication the honestly I HATEEEE THE WAY IT MADE ME FEEL, till I had a conversation with my girlfriend and said IT HAS TO BE SOMETHING ELSE OUT THERE, well to make this short again people I got into Keto diet and quit all my medication cold turkey, it’s been 3 months seizure free with no medication and one of the big test on this was this month my father passed away in Costa Rica, so I took a plane I didn’t sleep for over 35 hours I was stressing crying that was on the beginning of the month and still ANY KIND OF SEIZURES. Is a hard diet but is worth it, it has change my life. So if you have lost any hope believe me this can help, try it, make an effort and love yourself. Let me know if You need my help.

Keto diet is known to help

Keto diet is known to help with seizure activity but, I hope you talked to your doctor before you went cold turkey on the pills.(or at least went off slowly). That's a risk too big to take.
