Going into the computer

Hi I am going to try and summarize this new seziure I just had so basically The computer screensaver is a beach I am on the beach I can see the waves crashing see the strong wind but I can’t feel anything I try to move to stop staring but I can’t it’s just not possible. In reality I am sitting in a chair I try to move myself in the chair I succeed but I can’t feel it I snap out of it minutes later. I’m sorry if this makes absolutely no sense because I would be lost if someone told me this story. This is the first time I have ever had one like this. I have heard of them but never experienced one myself.
