HI - Epileptiform discharges in my frontal parietal area

I am new here and I kinda saw some old discussions and exchanges in this site which I thought were really helpful. Ive had fainting spells which were tested and diagnosed to be linked with Vasovagal Syncope ( autonomic dysfunction).. I was advised to undergo EEG as well , and the results showed abnormal discharges in my frontal parietal areas- Im yet to talk to a neuro but I was keen to get inputs based on your experiences. Thanks
