being alone when a seizure happens

Wed, 08/08/2018 - 08:37
Hi guys So I’ve had two seizures the first one was in a car driving with my friends normal day at uni I remember that morning I had a head ache and it happened while I was in the passenger seat luckily I was with my friends to help me and call the ambulance. The second episode was also in a car while I was driving I was with my cousin and she had managed to stop the car while I was driving and call the ambulance I remember that day I also had a massive head ache and had drank 1 glass of wine the night before and barely got sleep because it was my friends bday I don’t remember anything at all from before the seizure about 20- 30 mins prior is all I remember And then waking up in the ambulance Apparently I was frothing vigorously moving and twitching I think what I want to know is if I was ever alone in a seizure if I eventually wake up or do I just go unconscious until someone finds me to wake me up I have no idea because I don’t remember either of them Thanks

welcome to the club. If you

welcome to the club. If you have been diagnosed with a seizure disorder and have had a few seizures they generally revoke your license until you go a period of time without one. That is because of the regulations written within laws in your state. A one time seizure can be looked at differently since many people can have ONE. More then one and you can injure a parson or you and that is why they revoke your license. Your doctor (neurologist) know the length of time you will need to go through and if you have he can fill out paperwork to reinstate your license.I have been in seizures by myself and do come out of them by myself. Other people can do the same thing. The period of time you do not remember is the time you were unconscious.
