turned 28 and along rings the bell of epilepsy (?)

i was normal person. i never had an seizures all these 28 years (unless loss of consciousness associated with alcohol) All were normal & everything was negative for any chance of seizure until i left my home country 2 years back. well i'm out of my home country working middle east since 2 years and i believe gradually my metabolism was challenged with my lifestyle here and for last 3 - 6 months it was much compromised. i was suffering from irritable bowel syndrome, i smoked a lot , drank a bit much plus i had only avg 6 hr sleep every day, bit stressed as i lost considerable money in stock markets and i had zero exercise. i started to develop sweat allergy or food allergy when i walked in evening and came to my air conditioned room all these started to show up few months back. Now Last week one evening came back to my room from work i developed sudden rashes and my head & body started fuming followed by two seizures as lost balance and fell on ground(as per roommates comment my act was close to seizure like). i lost consciousness for a total 10 - 15 minutes and later slept tired. once i woke up i went to hospital and they got me admitted on emergency. Some emergency injections were given & several tests for brain and heart were taken and everything were normal except abnormal EEG. it stated background activity consists of 10-11 hz over the posterior head regions reactive to eye opening and mental alerting. Doctor said that i have 50 % risk for seizures and i have been prescribed with Levetiracetam 500 mg and suggested best if i could continue upto 2 years. Now the golden question is do i have epilepsy ? i didn't start taking the tablets at all ( ( 7 days passed since my seizure event) . ever since i got discharged (after 2 days) from hospital i'm feeling dizzy and uncomfortable . i joined work next day ( i cant quit my job - mostly office work), however i keep working with dizziness and it stays until i sleep ( still 6 hrs only). i get some relief only when i lay down on bed Somebody here guide me and help me take a right decision and come out of this. i don't know whats happening around me....i'm confused Any help will be highly appreciated.
