Seizures or not

Okay... so I don’t know if I have epilepsy or not yet. My grandma does and they think I had a focal seizure last Saturday. I’m going to just list what happens, and I’m just curious his anyone else has seizures like these. I’m waiting for my appointment on the 16th for my EEG. I have random moment in the day where I will daze off and just stare while it feels like my face is shaking repeatedly. My limbs will randomly twitch throughout the day too. The big episode that happened last Saturday, I was laying down on my couch while my kids watched cartoons and I closed my eyes and suddenly I couldn’t move or speak or anything. My leg and arm muscles started spasming and twitching like crazy and I saw all these weird lights in my vision. I don’t know how long I was light that, I just know how terrified I felt the whole time. When I came to it was like the dazed feeling you have after coming out of anesthesia. I could barely think or talk. This is what happened today... I was just sitting on the couch with my daughter who is sick. This time my eyes were open and my vision blurred I think and my whole body just started shaking and I felt like I couldn’t breathe like my throat just wouldn’t let air through. It hurt this time. I tried hard to groan or yell for my husband to hear me but no sound came out. When it stopped I took a deep breath and only moments later it happened again the exact same. It terrified me to the core... Does anyone else have seizures like this? Or do you not think it’s epilepsy?

Hi its  hard to say whether you have epilepsy to be honest as there are so many types and only a specialist in the subject can say you have or haven't.Personally I have had countless seisures for many years and tried so many meds.My particular type is Clonic Tonic and I can have one at any time with absolutely no warning.I must admit it scared me so much but in time I learnt to just carry on in my life and accept it all.I mean its really hard to do at times and often fails but there is no alternative. In fact I had a few two weeks ago with complications but I cant do nothing to stop them until or unless I find a medication that will help.
