Seems like lots of posts has 0 responses, 0 comments...is this an active online forum community? or just a place where people's cries go unanswered?

Well there may be a few that

Well there may be a few that don't get answered but I do know I answer some almost daily. It might have been put on the forum and some people might not look at . Depends on what the issue is and what your concerns are. At times I have posted my answers but they didn't see them in the responses or comments. If I see that I generally do a test response and that means I have 2 in there. f I do not see them lists I go to chat and leave a message with epihelp.

I don't think it's that

I don't think it's that active. There's the odd person like joe who makes a point of replying but the problem is there's rarely, if ever any acknowledgment from the person you've replied to so there's no way of knowing if they've even seen your reply. Personally I think that's quite inconsiderate, having gone to a fair bit of trouble to provide information/support with no idea or not if it's been for nothing. So why bother?
