Did I have a seizure?

Sun, 11/26/2017 - 17:37
Hi everyone, My name is Sydney, and I'm 19 years old. I found this forum trying to figure out what happened last night. Last night something weird happened and I'm not sure if it's possible that I had a seizure or just fell asleep. I was at home, alone and in my bed. There is a solid 3 hour block of time that I have no memory of (11:30 pm to 2:30 am). I was not tired and I don't remember falling asleep or waking up. When I noticed what was going on I had my phone in my hand and was sitting up slightly. I don't drink alcohol or caffeine. I do remember getting a pins and needles feeling on the left side of my head at some point last night but I don't know specifically when it was. I know this probably sounds trivial but any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. :)

Sounds like a seizure to me.

Sounds like a seizure to me.  An even like this one time wouldn't be too serious.  If it happens again keep record of it and contact doctor.  For some of us seizures do happen more often when in sleep or I think just at the time of waking up or going to sleep.  I have seizures that are hard to distinguish from dreams.  Usually I have other symptoms that help confirm seizure (headache, increased confusion)
