Hey guys. So I am a 23 year old man, and I've been diagnosed with epilepsy since I was 17. so obviously formative years, but being so young I never had any of the questions I have today, with stuff like drinking and smoking. Now, I love my whiskey in moderation because I know how bad that is for people with epilepsy, but I also really enjoy cigars, and one of my biggest triggers is stress, but when I just relax and have a cigar, it relieves some of that stress, so I guess my question is does anyone else have more experience with cigars and epilepsy? Thanks

I was diagnosed at 15. Vodka was my choice but when I stopped drinking I was still smoking cigarettes and cigars. They relax me as well I haven't had any problems directly related to my epilepsy that I have noticed. Hope this helps if not and you have any other questions please let me know.
