Natural alternative to Rivotril/clonazepam

Mon, 12/30/2019 - 09:52
I've been on Lamictin and rivotril for about 15 years. I'd like to start the process of coming off the rivotril/clonazepam, but would prefer a natural alternative. I think it's main use is as a calming aid. Does anyone have any suggestions. I'm going to my neurologist to discuss this. Thank you
