Hello,Mine have been nocturnal so I know what you mean by that odd feeling that something is brewing in my head. Sleep is so important to me as far as staying stable and even the slightest odd dreams cause me concern. Headaches are very scary and anything that feels like the flu causes me great concern. Exercise really helps me overall to cope and I would highly suggest just taking a walk once a day in the evening perhaps after dinner as it has helped me immensely. You got this

Hi there,It's possible that the dreams about the seizures are because seizures are something scary that you spend a lot of time thinking and worrying about. It's not uncommon to have nightmares as a symptom of stress or anxiety. It's really, really common to have anxiety when you have epilepsy, because there's a lot that can feel very scary or unpredictable in your life. If you have a lot of symptoms of anxiety and it's getting hard to function, you might want to consider seeing a therapist to get help coping with the stress and to learn what to do with the worry or anxiety. Hopefully decreasing your stress levels will get rid of the bad dreams. Remember, you're not alone! Hope you get through this and past this staying strong All the bestB
