Is it all in my head?

Mon, 05/27/2019 - 22:20
Hello:) I’m 17 years old and I’ve been having these episodes for almost a year now. Often times I will zone out and everything around me will slow down and speed up. Sometimes I’ll feel really scared out of nowhere or I just feel stoned. Almost like I’m watching what’s going on though another screen. At night I will “twitch” I’ll kinda just flail my limbs around. It doesn’t seem rhythmic and when it starts I can stop right away. Sometimes it feels like I’m doing without thinking? If that makes sense.
